|>From the Canadian Jewish News' review of Judith Miller's book, "God Has Ninety-nine Names," August 8, 1996|
"Israel is fortunate that Islamic groups fighting for attention and power are unbelievably numerous and diverse. There are 175 of these in the region, 45 in Egypt alone. These internal divisions and rivalries prevent
the emergence of a unified...block...
"The author concludes 'This book contains very few predictions, but of this I am sure: there will not be a single, unified Islamic community ... even in the unlikely event that Islamic rebels topple every quasi-secular
government in the Middle East.'"
