Here is my no-bake tiramisu recipe.
24 lady finger biscuits
0.5 litre whipping cream (18% )
1/3 cup icing sugar (or use regular sugar & grind in a coffee mill)
1.5 cup very strong coffee, cold
3 table spoons cocoa powder
3 table spoons grated semi sweet chocolate
-Whip the cream in a glass bowl using an electric hand-mixer, until the cream is thick
-Add the sugar and mix briefly but thoroughly
-Refrigerate the whipped cream for 45 minutes
-In the mean time, make the strong coffee -add enough ground coffee to make 3 cups, but use only 1.5 cups of water, let cool
-10 minutes before removing the cream from fridge start to soak the lady finger biscuits in the coffee – place the coffee in a pyrex plate and dip the biscuits briefly in to soak up the coffee, but not for too long it otherwise they’ll get too mushy
-line a clean rectangular pyrex pan with 12 soaked biscuits
-spread half of the whipped cream on top and sprinkle with cocoa powder
-place the remaining 12 biscuits on top of the cream
-add the remaining whipping cream, sprinkle with grated chocolate
-refrigerate for 1 hr at least, or overnight.

Wow that sounds pretty easy to do, thanks for the recipe Mona. What exactly are lady finger bisuits? Isn't one supposed to use cake instead? Maybe some sort of pound cake that is available in most bakeries?

Sorry Arshad, it took me a while to see your question. But looks like you figured it out and set to try it out :)
