River : Nahr
Dreams: Ahlam
River of dreams: Nahrul Ahlam (but literally translates as river of the dreams)
Tide: Well medd means high tide and jazr is low tide.  I don't know if there's one word.
Blessed: Mabruk or mubaarak.
