[Abu-Fauzi]

 Sayyid Ali Ibn-Abu Talib, may Allah be pleased with him, is a cousin of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessing be upon him. The Messenger described him as the door/gate to the city of knowledge. Sayyidna Ali was the 4th caliph after the Messenger.The following classified sayings were attributed to him in' Nahj-ul-Balagha'. The sayings, as presented below,are as captivating as their source;-
            Fasting of the mind is to abstain from all evil temptations.
            The chief aim of Islam is resignation to God
             Your derise is your most inveterate enemy.
             
              Patience is the fruit of faith
              The power of forbearing anger is superior to that of taking revenge.
              Humility is to High Position what Mercy is to Power
              Humility advertises greatness
              People do not see the defects of a person who is humble and meek
               
                Contentment is an incomparable treasure.
                 Verily they who make provision for the next world are the friends of God
