 as

Ya Allah. Alhumdulillah she was ok (despite the traumatic experienc) not killed like our sister Marwa al Sherbini in Germany who took her oppressor to court and was stabbed in court - and her husband tried in vain to stop the killer and the police jumped on the husband - http://islamineurope.blogspot.com/2009/07/germany-woman-sues-for-hijab-insult.html

AstaghfirAllah! She took him to court and was fined and he killed her. May Allah grant her Jennah as a martyr, Ameen!

There was a sister assaulted here in London Ontario. An older sister was attacked in an elevator and her hijab ripped off with racist anti-Arab slurs.

May Allah  swt protect our sisters and brothers and all of us, from violence and oppression, racism  and killing because of who we are and what we believe.  ameen

The unity of all, perceptible to even bystanders, is the Oneness that inspired it, a sea without shores, subject me to this sea.

What we can do is visit him or phone him up to do dawa to him.
Or explain to him why he should not go about pulling clothing off women, even if they are Muslim.

I removed the personal contact details. How did you get that exactly? It might not even be the right person.

People who are so personally passionate about this should devote their energies to dawah to everyone. Not just one specific person who has proven to be not open to Islam. There are many many many more people open to Islam and even Muslims who need so much help being Muslims, yet here we are as Muslims getting upset with our emotions over one incident. Let's be smart, think with our head and dedicate ourselves to a proper way of doing dawah.

BTW these types of incidents will never stop. They are symptoms of a larger issue which is misinformation and negative portrayal of Islam. If we address that we can help the problem instead of going to one person's house to intimidate them or calling them and harassing them.

Jannah, His name and the name of his street are on the article. All someone needs to do to find him is search a telephone directory.

Why would anyone want to search for him or talk to him. Read the article:

Quote
has been ordered by a court to pay her £1,000 in compensation.

Quote
received a jail term of 16 weeks, suspended for a year, and 150 hours of community service.

Quote
The court heard Ard was "ashamed and embarrassed" about his actions.

Quote
He was drunk at the time of the incident,

He has his punishment and he is regretful of what he did. Let's let it go at that instead of trying to stir people up to some kind of vigilatism.

£1000 is very little in the UK.
suspended sentence isn't a sentence. It means nothing. Community service mean volentry work, most people do anyway.

He was ordered by the judge to say he was ashamed and embarrassed.

Do they allow the last excuse on others? can a driver claim he was drunk when he kills someone?
