I found out last week I have high blood pressure.
Not to bad (in my opinion, but not my doctors opinion)
I have started medication for it. I'm assuming it is from years of stress since
the only family history of it is from those in their 60's
and non in their 30's or 40's or 50's.
I'm starting to hit the threadmill 2 times a day for 30 mins and am on meds.

Is there anyone on our board with high BP? And how are you managing it?
I am hoping with exercise and diet and a mellower lifestyle maybe I
can eventually get off the meds. Someday.

I need to do some more research on hypertension.
