Sorry for not realizing this before, but this event costs $ to sign up for the webcast. How does everyone feel about that? No doubt it costs money to put together a program like this. Maybe they should charge money for people who attend and try to broadcast it for free? Allahu alam. Ws

I went to register too. I think they could have done as you suggested and maybe got more sponserships. It is excellent dawah, but most ppl who are not sure about Islam may not pay to see it. I think they missed a big oppurtunity. Allahu Alam.

I believe in Islam like the sun rising, not because I see it but because by it, I see everything else.

as salaamu alaykum,

I read in an email sent out by MSA National about the event that any non-Muslim interested in attending would be given a free pass, and they were encouraging people to let non-Muslims know and get them to attend, and even tell professors to tell their students etc.

Did anyone attend?  How was it?
