Are you getting at least eight hours sleep a night?

Have you had a recent medical done, check blood iron levels.

Are you eating properly in general?

Are you stressed over anything?

All of the above affect feelings of tiredness, also the weather is not helping, I would like nothing better than to hibernate till this winter business is all over. Fajr here is at 6:30am Maghrib is at 4:10!!!!!!

Loads of duas, hope you feel perkier soon inshallah.

Wassalaam

And when My servants question thee concerning Me, then surely I am nigh. I answer the prayer of the suppliant when he crieth unto Me. So let them hear My call and let them trust in Me, in order that they may be led aright. Surah 2  Verse 186

Have you ever read "Eat Right 4 Your Type"?    They tell you what you should eat according to your blood type.  You might just be eating the wrong kinds of food and it's dragging you down.  My husband modified his diet and he said he feels great.  I haven't tried it yet because I'm type B and I'd have to give up lots of good stuff, like tomatoes and eggplant (that's "aubergine" for you Brits... Cheesy)

Sleeping normal hours will definitely help to get your body more rest.

Take Vit D daily, iron tablets daily with orange juice

I take something called stressease which is  vitamins B12, B6 and C .

get a physical check up to make sure everything is OK.

hope this helps.
