Salams,

This is an easy meal to make and tastes yummmyyy. It's great for parties and events too...

Basically you just make keema (ground beef, lamb or chicken) however you want. I fried up some onions in oil, then added salt, pepper, ginger, garlic, pepper, and garam masala. Cook until it's almost dry. Then let it cool a bit. If you don't feel it's enough for stuffing you can add some cooked rice into the mixture (like I did below), but I do think it tastes better when it's only meat in there.

Once you have the keema mixture ready. Cut off the tops of the green peppers and empty them out. (You can use tomatoes instead btw.) Then you stuff the keema into the green peppers! Close them up.

Then add some tomato sauce or butter at the bottom of a pan, place all the ppers inside and bake in the oven until the peppers are nice and soft. Towards the end add some shredded cheese on top et voila Smiley
