Ingredients:

3/4 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 cup all purpose cream
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
4 cups cauliflower, cut in pieces, boiled till just tender
6 cups romaine lettuce, torn to pieces
1 tsp. each salt & pepper
Method:

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl except lettuce.
Arrange lettuce in a salad bowl,
Pour creamy dressing.
