Take starflower oil capsules 1000mg, stop taking it during your period tho & don't take it if your pregnant or trying for a baby, take vitamin c with zinc as well. Eat lots of fresh fruit & drink loads of water.
Don't over cleanse your face, if you use too many harsh chemicals on your face your skin is going to over compensate by producing more oil because you've stripped the natural oils all off.
Use a face mask once a week, I use moisturising ones, let your skin breathe don't cake it in make up. Remove all make up before you go to bed, get yourself a good face cleanser & use it before bed, so your skin is clean during the night which is when skin tends to repair itself.
Get sleep, too little sleep causes spots too.
Try not to touch your face too much.
And try not to stress about yur skin, you'll be ok Inshallah.
Give any new skincare regime a chance before deciding it's not working. It will take a while for your skin to clear up.
