When one cannot get on their knees during prayer due to medical issue
what are they suppose to do and after the medical situation is corrected
does one need to make up prayers in a proper manor?

You can sit on a chair and pray. No need to miss them and make 'em up later. After you're healed, then you can go back to praying in the usual manner.
