State Crimes: Sergei Magnitsky (Russia) and Abdul Nassar Madani (India)

India, born to Soviet military protection, generally follows Russian model of punishment. India employs all Russian model surveillance and terror operations with the Kremlin equipment.

Like Russia which cannot tolerate any citizen trying to expose its secret anti-humanity missions, India also cannot tolerate any Muslim trying to oppose Hindutva terror techniques.

Sergei Magnitsky and Abdul Nassar Madani (India) are best examples to illustrate crude facts of how the terrocractic states ill-treat its citizens.

Abdul Nassar Madani, who as a priest cum Islamic teacher turned defender of Muslims against state backed Hindutva crimes against Muslims in his home state Kerala India has been the target of Indian terrocracy has been falsely implicated in terror attacks and terrorized in India jails for over 11 years without trials. Although earlier, the Tamil Nadu courts in Coimbatore set him free, having found of charges, after about 10 years of rigorous inhuman imprisonment losing his health, Karnataka Hindutva government has put him again in prison, denying him medical treatment.

India is punishing Madani for supporting Muslims and opposing Hindutva criminals. Obviously the terrocracy in New Delhi is eager to see him die miserably as a punishment for taking over the job of the state in shielding the besieged Muslims from state sponsored anti-Muslim gangs.

India ignored the pathetic plight of Muslims and getting them killed and terrorized, no Muslim should come forward to protect them. India regime wants to keep Hindus in good humour by targeting Muslims.

Sergei Magnitsky was a Russian attorney. In 2009, he died in police custody. His death drew international media attention. He specialized in civil law. He did anti-corruption work. He uncovered evidence of tax fraud. He implicated police, judiciary figures, tax officials, bankers, and Russia’s mafia. He accused them of stealing around $230 million dollars in 2007 through fraudulent tax refunds. On issues relating to courts, taxes, fines, and civil law, he was called the “go to guy” in Moscow.

In November 2008, Sergei Magnitsky was arrested, imprisoned, and treated abusively. For 11 months he was denied family visits. Serious health problems developed. Inadequate treatment followed. On November 16, 2009, he died for reasons attributed officially to a “rupture to the abdominal membrane” and subsequent heart attack. If trial proceedings didn’t begin, he was due to be released eight days later. His death sparked public outrage. Improving prison healthcare was demanded. Reducing the number of inmates awaiting trial was stressed. In December 2009, an independent Moscow Public Oversight Commission said he was subjected to “psychological and physical pressure….” Initially his death was blamed on medical neglect. Later claims suggested murder. Official investigations began. In July 2011, death by medical neglect was ruled.

It is obvious, India like Russia wants to kill Madani in jail but declare him dead...However, Madani is still alive despite all state terror techniques ..Who save him from terrocractic techniques of tortures? ?

Obviously, the State cannot accept the responsibility for terrocractic crimes.

Global media today, even in Muslim nations, are controlled by CIA  & other anti-Islamic agencies.Terrorism is caused by anti-Islamic forces.Regimes often resort to  state terrorism. Anti-Muslimism and anti-Islamism are more dangerous than "terrorism" Fake democracies like USA, Israel and India have zero-tolerance to any criticism of their anti-Muslim and other aggressive practices. Anti-Islamic forces & terrorists are using criminal elements for terrorizing the world and they in disguise are harming genuine interests of ordinary Muslims.
