Second Israeli soldier disciplined for online photographs
 Sunday, 24 February 2013 15:48

Telegraph

The Israeli army has been forced to publicly condemn one of its own servicemen for the second time in a week after a soldier uploaded pictures of himself apparently smoking cannabis in uniform and posing naked with heavy weapons.

By Robert Tait, Jerusalem

Osher Maman, 20, who serves with the Israeli Defence Forces' (the IDF) Golani Brigade, also posted a picture of a bound and blindfolded Palestinian prisoner in his Facebook and Instagram accounts, together with a series of incendiary messages about Arabs and the Palestinian territories.

A message on his Twitter account read: "Just took an arab out.... Whataa feeling."

The US-based website, The Electronic Intifada, brought the images to light just days after publishing a picture posted by another Israeli soldier on Instagram showing what appeared to be the head of a Palestinian boy in the cross-hairs of a rifle target.

The IDF, which denounced the earlier episode, criticised the latest images and promised disciplinary action.

"This is a grave incident, which does not represent the IDF," a spokesman said. "Our investigation of the incident is ongoing and disciplinary action will be taken in its wake. The IDF will continue to act to prevent incidents of this sort, which are not in line with the IDF's values."

He had uploaded a total of 549 images, according to the Electronic Intifada. One showed him sitting nude with his private parts concealed by an army-issue weapon.

Other images carried the messages, "Keep calm and kill people in your mind", "Keep calm and take over Gaza", and "Join The IDF and Look Like a Boss." A picture with a map of the Gaza Strip carried the caption in Hebrew "Soon to be a giant theme park!!"

Ali Abunimah, author of The Electronic Intifada's post about Maman, dismissed the IDF's condemnation and said the images "indicate an atmosphere and attitude where life, Palestinian life, is cheap".

Well they first say:
"It is a Lie, A Anti-Semitic blood Libel"

http://www.haaretz.com/news/diplomacy-defense/i-saw-ariel-sharon-murder-2-palestinian-toddlers-in-lebanon-1.325540

This news article is in an Israeli News Paper. Most non-Israeli-Jewish newspapers would be terrified of even mentioning things like that.

Well in Sharon's case they mention both together.
When it comes to the Shebra and Shatila genocide they say "This is a grave incident, which does not represent the IDF,".
And also say "It is a Lie, A Anti-Semitic blood Libel" like they did about Ariel Sharon Shooting the two babies.
Well a lot of babies were shot there. The United nations soldiers removed all the males of fighting age from the two camps, the Israelis came in and killed all the women and children. The Israelis said their normal slogan "This is a grave incident, which does not represent the IDF,", and Ariel Sharon lost his Job as defence minister and in a few years he was given a Job as prime minister.
Arial Sharon was the only one held accountable for this, all the blame for all the thousands of women, children and old people that were killed was places only on him so I don't know why the Jews are getting so "anti-Semite"about just two of the deaths he is accused of doing?
