I would love to learn how to cook arabic recipes. Does anybody know any good recipes on rice? Or other traditional dishes? My husband loves arabic food but i don't even know one recipe.

ws,

You know i find Arab food to be harder to make than Indian food, not sure why. You could try starting out with some dips and salads maybe. Here's a good page of some favorites: http://www.ummah.net/family/recipes.html

bon apetit! bebzi

salam

There are many different styles of arabic cooking.

these dishes are rice based:

* Bukhari rice -   chicken/lamb , carrots, tomatoes, spices
* Kabseh - spiced rice + chicken / lamb
* Maqloobeh - chicken /lamb + eggplant
* Kushari  - lentils

take care
