This pic is like totally amazing:

Drinking three litres of water a day took TEN YEARS off my face: Sarah, 42, was hoping to solve her headaches and poor digestion... just look what else happened

    One in five women drinks less than the recommended daily intake of water
    Every system and function in our body depends on water...
    Especially because the liquid flushes toxins from vital organs
You might think I'd have little in common with a camel, but we do share one useful skill: both of us can go for a very long time without water.

Usually I start my day with a cup of tea, then I might have a glass of water with my lunch and one with dinner - that's about a litre of liquid in 24 hours. It feels like plenty, but apparently it's not nearly enough.

After years of suffering headaches and poor digestion I spoke to a neurologist about my regular headaches and a nutritionist about my poor digestion, and both told me I should be drinking up to three litres of liquid a day for my body to function at its best.

===========================

I get the feeling she was really dehydrated before... 3 litres sounds ridiculous, I'd definitely be going to the bathroom all the time more than I already do! But perhaps a little more water can't hurt??

I see there's a difference in the background and focal length(is that the right term?) and that might be all that made the difference.

Just saying.

Never mind the photo, having just three cups of liquid is ridiculous no matter where you are! I drink at the very least two bottles of water a day and that's not including milk and juice, which I have two cups of daily (then again I live in a very dry place and if I forget to drink water I immediately am struck with headaches and feeling sick). You should keep some kind of water container and drink from it periodically throughout the day.

I lol at your comment sis j. Its true you would be going to the toilet every now and then but that's just in the beginning. Once you get used the you go there normally. I drink more than 2litres of water everyday and nothing of that sort happens. The moment your body is used its normal for you.
